I need a PHP or Perl script/bot that can connect to a irc server and then join a channel. After joining the channel the script/bot must then monitor the channel and log everything that a specified user says into a MySQL database... (Budget: $10-$75 USD, Jobs: MySQL, Perl, PHP)
